Speech therapy

Speech therapy targets enunciation, language, feeding and swallowing difficulties. Our early intervention speech therapists employ one-on-one play-based therapy to enhance receptive and expressive language skills.

Occupational therapy

Occupational therapy improves fine motor, sensory processing, communication, cognitive and play skills. Our occupational therapists focus on improving children’s ability to perform day-to-day functions, like dressing and feeding, in addition to honing their overall fine motor skills.

Physical therapy

Physical therapy improves gross motor skills and enhances balance, mobility, coordination and strength. Our early intervention physical therapists work with children and their caregivers to implement strategies within the context of their daily routine.

Special instruction

Special instruction involves working with children and their families to enhance children’s cognitive, physical and social development. Our special instructors foster goal-oriented play and provide information, skills, and support to empower caregivers to maximize their unique role.

Nutrition

Nutritional deficits may stem from restricted diets, feeding trouble, GI complications or clinical diagnoses. Our early intervention registered dieticians assess whether children’s nutritional needs are met and how to resolve nutritional concerns. Nutrition therapy is beneficial alone or in tandem with other forms of intervention.

Social Work

Social Work assist children and their families by identifying and coordinating community recourses and services, as well as providing ongoing individual and group counseling to the parents or other family members of an infant or toddler.
